Booking and Cancellation Policy

We will require either a cheque deposit payable to Polmena B&B or a Paypal deposit via debit or credit card to guarantee a booking.

Payment details on departure: cash or cheques accepted against a cheque card.  Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit or debit cards except via our website.

Guests are reminded that should they have to cancel their booking and the room cannot be re-let, their deposit will not be refunded.  In the event of any changes to the previously agreed reservation, we reserve the right to claim the full tariff for any remaining period of the booking over which it has not been possible to re-let the room(s).  Holiday insurance is therefore strongly advised.
