Both rooms benefit from stunning views, comfortable seating and being well-equipped with luxury hotel-quality beds and en-suites (bath & separate shower), flat-screen TVS, hot drinks tray and hair dryers.

The Balcony Suite – is exceptionally spacious with its own lounge area and balcony overlooking the River Fowey and can be either a six foot superking Double or a comfortable twin.

The Paddock Room – is an attractive  double room with views of Lostwithiel and Restormel Castle a mile in the distance.
